Teams will consist of 4 team members each.
Events:
Opening Ceremony...Teams Introductions
Thumper
Quarters (Timed)
Beirut Pong (Timed & Tournament)
Flippy Cup (Tournament)
DAS Boot
Closing Ceremony...Winners Crowned.
Rules:
Gag Rule is in effect throughout tournament: Meaning any participant that gags, throws-up or barfs during a game will forfeit that game. Throwing up before or after a game is acceptable.
Fighting or Arguments: There will be Zero Tolerance for Fighting or Arguing with Event/Bar Staff, "Beerfest" referees. Your team will be immediately disqualified from the tournament and you will escorted out by security. So please drink responsibly and know your limits.
"Beerfest" officials and The Spot Management/Staff have the right to refuse service to you if we feel that it is in your best interest not to consume any further alcohol. A taxi cab can be called on your request.
Style points:
The teams that dress up in uniforms we will be awarded 25 points. An extra 25 points will be awarded to the team that is voted to have the BEST uniform. The vote is to be taken before the tournament begins. Only registered players may vote. Everyone will have one vote, and you cannot vote for your own team.
Scoring:
Each event will either be “Timed” and/or “Tournament” style.
Timed Style will obviously be based on time. Teams will be ranked in the order of fastest to slowest time.
Tournament Style will be a Single Elimination Bracket system (See Diagram Below). Teams final position in the bracket each round will determine how many points your country earns. First Round byes will be awarded to the top 2 teams that won the event before.
Regardless of whether it is timed or tournament style all events will be scored by the same points system:
POINTS SYSTEM:
1st Place = 100 Points
2nd Place = 75 Points
3rd Place = 50 Points
4th Place = 25 Points
Any other Place = 10 Points
Forfeit or Disqualification = 0 Points
(or not attempted)
*Tie Breakers are Head to Head.
*BONUS ROUND POINTS SYSTEM: Winner take ALL
1st Place = 25 Points
Any other place = 0 Points

Please Note that rules and games can be changed at any team at the discretion of the event promoters. However if any changes are made to said games players/teams will be notified in a timely manor.
